    Not big enough

    Looks nice and I really like it but none of my standard pie plates fit inside. I even measured before buying so I’m disappointed. I make a lot of cream pies and I wanted to display them .

    an excellent cake tray/cover – low weight, good “cover groove”

    My wife wanted a flat cake stand… and suggested a few glass ones online. Her concern was weight and storage.This one has a solidly made, quality plastic/resin cover that looks like glass – at 1/4 the weight. The real wood base has a well cut/polished groove for the cover to sit in – preventing slippage (like glass does), and further reducing drying or insects being attracted.She’s quite happy with it!

    Great Product!

    This was a surprise product! I didn’t know what I would receive in terms of quality but it looks like it costs more than it actually does. LOVED IT!Its on the small side, but great for like a few pastries that you may want to display on your table. I’m Latin so I put my pan dulce in it, displayed on my table to have the next morning with my coffee.Would definitely purchase again!

    The lid looks and shines like really glass and its very light,The wood tray is not too heavy not to light, it stays put, and the color wood its perfect too, looks like something a fancy bakery would have.

    Great until it’s Not

    Functions great and looks nice, however the base warps easily and the top is NOT shatterproof. Kids dropped it once and it now lives at the landfill. Loved the handle cutouts on the underneath side of the base.

    Nice piece but not worth the price

    First off, I can freely admit that I failed to completely read this item description. I am familiar with Godigner items and because I’m used to the quality of my other pieces, I didn’t fully read this item description. I should have.For $40 you will receive a lightweight piece of acacia wood (wood that is cheaply made and produced) and a very thin piece of acrylic for the dome. I expected much higher quality of both pieces – especially the dome – from Godinger and especially for the price. You can find what is nearly the exact item at local big box stores for a small fraction of this price.Sadly, I will be returning this piece and it has turned me off from a brand that I had come to expect more from.
